BUTTONS

Most of the buttons in the Pomranky Collection are one- or two-piece brass buttons. These are varieties common in the 1830's. Plain one-piece brass buttons similar to the one in the center of this photo and fragments of bone buttons were also recovered in the 2002 CNC excavations.
